Director’s Message

We are nurturing a vision to develop KEPA into a Police Training Institute of global standard on par with leading Police Training Institutes in the world. We are conscious of the challenges of transforming Police Training to suit the needs of a modern democratic society.

The basic training methodologies have been overhauled with contents to make the trainees physically and mentally fit. Emotional content is given due importance in basic training and in-service courses. Online examination system and blended training methodologies are adopted. Gender module, Active listening skills training etc. are included in training programmes. We are also in the process of producing a series of blended training materials after conducting a series of workshops involving experts in the respective fields. e-Academy and e-Library projects and a few more projects tailored to make KEPA a world class institution are going on. Student internship programme and Research Projects make the academy an arena for learning and developing.

Police officers, researchers, academicians and students are most welcome to come and contribute/learn from this beautiful place frequented by artists/painters, nature farmers, fruit cultivators and environmentalists who strive to make this place more beautiful.
